Latching on in the Climb Base below the Bradfield Highway, venture along catwalks past the South-East Pylon, directly over Sydney Harbour. Here commence your ascent to the halfway point on the inner arch on the Opera House side. As you cross over, to the Darling Harbour side of the Bridge, pause for a group photo at a unique vantage point within the Bridge. From here, you make a quick descent to our Climb Base.

Please make your own way to Climb Base (located at 3 Cumberland St, The Rocks, Sydney) and be sure to arrive 15 minutes before your allocated departure time.
What to bring: Bring your own glasses or sunglasses to wear on the day of your Climb. What to wear: Please wear comfortable, enclosed rubber soled shoes such as running, sport or hiking shoes. PVC and leather soled shoes are not ideal. We equip you in all the outdoor gear you'll need for your Climb based on the day's weather conditions and our health and safety essentials, but don't forget to bring your own shoes. Please wear comfortable clothing on the day of your Climb in case you need to wear it under your suit for warmth. If you have any questions or concerns, please speak to our staff. Conditions: To participate you need to have a general level of health and fitness, and the ability to climb independently. On the day, you will be provided with a BridgeClimb Declaration Form for completion. To participate you must be 8 years old and over 1.2 metres tall. Children aged 8 to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult and the child rates are applicable, with a maximum of 3 children per adult with adult rates beyond 16 years. Ensure that you have eaten before your Climb and you're well hydrated, the experience can last up to 1 and a half hours. In case of extreme weather conditions like electrical storms or during times of extremely high wind, climbs may be postponed. We care about our Climbers, so please be aware that even if you have made a booking we reserve the right to decline participation, rebook or modify your Climb to keep you safe. Health and Safety Essentials and Exceptions are subject to change at our discretion. Restrictions: If you are less than 24 weeks pregnant, you can participate with a signed Certificate of Fitness Form from your GP. If you are over 24 weeks pregnant you cannot climb. For safety and security reasons, cameras, video technology and mobile devices are prohibited on the Climb. People with a fit or seizure in the last six months, broken bones, if you are more than 24 weeks pregnant, under 8 years of age, under 1.2 metres tall are prohibited from climbing.
