BridgeClimb equips you to scale to the summit of the nationally-adored Sydney Harbour Bridge. The brainchild of businessman Paul Cave, this incredible local experience became a reality after Paul pioneered a group climb as part of the Young Presidents Organisation World Congress in 1989. Nine years later, BridgeClimb opened to the public. Since this time, BridgeClimb has established itself as an integral part of the Sydney scene. We love the Bridge and have celebrated its key milestones with Bridge workers, descendants of chief engineer JJC Bradfield, and Sydneysiders alike. We have given over $4.5 million worth of Climbs to charities, schools and other organisations. We are proud to have facilitated more than 3 million local and international visitors to climb the Bridge, and honoured to be considered the #1 unmissable experience of Sydney. To Sydneysiders, the Bridge is more than an iconic landmark. It's much bigger, much more important than that. We've driven it, walked it, drifted under it and felt that feeling when you glimpse it through the window of a homeward-bound Boeing. The Sydney Harbour Bridge belongs to all of us. And we want to share it with the world. Opened in 1932, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is a world-renowned symbol of Australia. The historic tale of construction still fascinates locals and people from all over the world. Some of our Bridge Masters, our most frequent climbers, love spending time learning more about the Bridge and enjoying the sense of being so close to this engineering marvel. Positioned across Sydney's breathtaking natural harbour, the Bridge has become one of the most photographed features of our beautiful city.
